Zeljko Cikojevic's story begins far from the skyline of Dubai. Born in 1991 during the Yugoslav war, he grew up in Germany, where his family started over.

He began his career selling door-to-door and launched his first company at 21. That early taste of freedom set him on a path through sales, crypto, forex and education — and in 2018 it brought him to Dubai, which he has called home ever since.

Today he is Co-Founder of XFusion alongside Stanis Zichler, bringing new leaders and business into a global community and leading charity work across more than 20 countries. A long-time martial artist trained at a Shaolin temple in China, Zeljko believes that energy and state of mind come before strategy: when you are fully connected to yourself, better decisions and better opportunities follow naturally.
